With the help of the results of this research, assisted and controlled air drying of cask wood is constantly being improved.

SEGUIN MOREAU has succeeded in :
  • Compensating for the lack of rainfall through computer run watering programs, based on meteorological data gathered on site by 5 stations.
  • Directing this transformation phenomen on resulting in a true chemical and organoleptic maturation of the wood.
