Electronic nose : a means of authentication.

« Bousinage » is an operation which is controlled manually. It is carried out according to a toasting profile requested by our customers. Our quality control process requires that the results obtained be authenticated. SEGUIN MOREAU has perfected an electronic nose which is capable of analysing the volatile components emitted through bousinage. The electronic nose is an authentic tool which enables us to carry out controls and guarantee the homogeneity of the characteristics we are seeking to obtain.
